Computer lab

The computer lab at our department was closed in 2021.

In the laboratory of 20 personal computers our students can study the fundamental operation and basic usage of mathematical, finite element and multi-body dynamics softwares during the courses of Elasticity, Thermo-mechanics, Coupled Problems in Mechanics, and Nonlinear Vibrations as follows:

and other open source numerical mathematical softwares like GNU Octave and Maxima, which are also available in the Jupyter development environment.
Our hardware and software equipment makes the Department of Applied Mechanics a successfully co-operating partner in industrial projects, too.
